I've had the best experience since I started about 2 months ago. State of the art gym equipment, friendly, caring and approachable staff and a well maintained hygiene of the premises. Clear and timely communication to avoid danger when there's loadshedding.

A lovely and clean gym however equipments could increase in quantity to benefit users especially during peak hours. It has a lovely chill area, studio with regular classes, and a cycling room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Shower head are fixed and immovable, and shower cubicles are without shower gel.

Definitely my favourite gym. You get everything you need for a great price, and I love the flexibility of a month-to-month option. It costs a little extra but I don't have to worry about cancelling a contract when I move around for work. Awesome service, keep it up!

The staff at the door is very welcoming, signed up yesterday with excellent customer service. Meaningful smiles and conversations, how could i not join. My sister and i were very impressed.

Did our first class today and we enjoyed every part of it. The trainer was top notch and motivating.

Signing up is easy and cancellation is also easy. Viva Gym does not trap you in any way. Everything is up front. Really pleased to say, Viva Gym is my home away from home.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Was my first visit. Hopefully this is the way it always is.... If yes, then i would have no problem upping to 5 stars..

Great one of the best gyms I've been to.
The staff is friendly and welcoming the equipment is clean, clearly labelled and there's enough for everyone even during peak hours. The overall environment is great from lifting weights to their workouts classes (which there's plenty to choose from ) whether you are a beginner or a experienced athlete this gym will accommodate you perfectly

All I can really say is well done viva gym walmer. I've been training at profiles gym in Port Elizabeth for 4 years and have gotten used to bad customer service, bad equipment, poor maintenance to facilities and cold showers. I have been at viva for 2 weeks now and it feels like a premium gym. Amazing customer service, amazing gym facilities that are all well maintained and industry leading equipment. Honestly the best gym in Port Elizabeth. Go give it a look for yourself and I promise you won't regret it.
