Friendly staff, clean restaurant. The food arrived quickly.

I found the mild too hot and my partner who loves hot food and normally adds peri peri sauce did not need to it was so hot. He commented if that was mild he would hate to taste the hot. The rest of the food was tasty but chicken way to hot for a mild.

Half my pita was just mayo with a side of carrots. Other half was chicken with shards of bones. I may not talk about that despicable unmelted cheese. Pita was soggy, ripped and unsatisfactory. Chip shape and crispness was decent but very bland. Staff were friendly all other times I've visited so they bumped this up to 3 stars

Love Nandos! Occasional park and wait but not too bad. Current favourite meals: the little hotpot, Festa fries and chicken prego roll combo .

It's fast food so you can't exactly expect fine dining but it's better than KFC or McDonald's in my opinion. Although the bar is incredibly low in those cases. Food just took a bit long? So not really fast food I guess. Nando's is in a strange space right now. Better than normal fast food quality wise but not better than normal sit down places. But the food takes long to prepare. So it's okay. I would still prefer it to a lot of other fast food places though. They have a nice selection of Spices.

The Nandos exterior signage stood stark against the night sky as our family group arrived for a farewell dinner. On arrival, we got a warm and friendly welcome from security before a waitron took over and guided us to our seating. Orders placed, including the upsell of their new dish, and we settled in to the prep-wait with icy cold Ginger Fizz Designer Drinks for the adults and Frosted Drinks for the kids. The meals were all very tasty and well presented. All their staff were nice, characterized by their friendly chatting during all interactions with us. As the kitchen was not very busy, improved planning at bringing everyone's dishes and drinks timeously will ensure a 5-star rating next time. We will return, again with the CEO of Nandos, Canada, Kevin Lindhorst, his wife and daughter.

Quite disappointed in the meal we received.
Inconsistent portions for same orders.. chicken has been better in the past.

Do better.

No long waits for the ordered meals however I found two pieces of hair in the food. Staff members were friendly and welcoming but the meal started off with milk for my tea spilt all over the dinnerware. Please also train the staffs to know what's on the menu.
