Quick and efficient service. Friendly staff. A drive through option is highly recommended as the car guards tend to hound customers for money. Also the beach front is known to be notorious in the evenings. The drive through would help fix that too.

Ordered online u0026 recieved a notification that my food has been delivered even though I did not get it. I had to spend more money by requesting to go and get the matter resolved in store because they don't answer their phone. I was promised that my delivery will be made the next day since there was loadshedding and they apparently can't make refunds, I'm so annoyed. Customer service is non existent apha.

Orders took a bit long but great staff members. They are friendly and take customer care seriously.

KFC delivery app is a scam their service is trash and once you call the call centre they promise a voucher that you never receive and they also don’t know their drivers so once your order is out they have no way of knowing who the driver is which is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional it’s disappointing behaviour from a company that has been around for years

Kfc boardwalk web page says opens at 09:00 but when you get there they say 09:30 thanks for wasting my time. Almost a month later and no rectification has been done. So guys complain all you want you are just going to waste your money!
