Loved our stay here, location is perfect - just far enough away from busy hustle and bustle of town but close enough if you want to go to the city centre. We stayed in the golf family room, literally across the road of the golf course, you have a lovely view of the beautiful course and the ocean a bit in the distance. Loved the personal touches by the owners, chocolates at bedside, fresh milk in fridge, tea and coffee and rusks and cold beer in the fridge which hubby appreciated! I would definitely recommend this guest house and their cute dog Spike was a treat to have around!

Myself and my partner didn't plan anything, just went on a spontaneous trip to Hermanus over a weekend. And came across these lovely hosts! Would usually never choose a stay with hosts on the property but staying at Fernkloof has completely changed my mind about this. Greatest hosts, do their best to make things as comfortable as possible. 6/5 ????

In any case this owner runned Bu0026B Lodge is worth the price. Gail, our host is very kind and considerated. The flat is large with stunning views at the mountains and the wooden golf course in front of the ocean. Hermanus is a lovely place to stay. Gearings Point, the cliff path, whale watching and hiking at he Fernkloof Nature Reserve are some of the things we did.

What a beautiful place to stay! The hosts are most eager to make our stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is just amazing and a perfect start into the day!
