I made a booking at this Residence and spoke to the owner who is very rude. She dropped my call while I was still inquiring about my refund. Customer service is very important when you are dealing with people. If I don't hear from her by tomorrow. I'm taking this matter to my lawyers.

Beautiful bu0026b wit beautiful rooms and a view on the mountain. Hostess is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast of the best I've had.
