We are a group of 10 people. 6 Children between the ages of 5 and 11. The kids are thrilled to have seen the sharks up so close and so often. Even the people on deck could see them clearly. Before the trip everyone had some breakfast and afterwards a scrumptious lentil soup to warm up. Thanks to Karin and the skipper, in fact the whole team who made this an unforgettable experience.

rip off!!! lately there have only rarely been sharks off the coast, which was confirmed to me afterwards by several people and other providers. this provider lures you with offers, you wait 3 hours for nothing and your money is gone. just keep your hands off it and get information from other providers!

edit to the comment: oh suddenly so friendly? you threatened me on facebook ???? it's absolutely true that you can't order the sharks at the push of a button. according to several reports, sharks have often not been sighted lately. you should communicate that as well. i booked a service that was shark seeing and cage diving. no service was provided - then i expect at least a partial refund of the money. hardly a guest stays longer than one night or travels again within a year. this is just rip off! other guests should contact more honest providers with clear communication!

The staff was really good and funny. But the breakfast was bad and the lunch many was only fruits and cheese and breads. But i suggest this company because of the sharke experience not the food. Advice take something to eat with you.

Fake news alert!!! The company told us there was a great white shark spotted 2 days on the 1st January. When I spoke to skipper he said 6 weeks ago and there is less chance of seeing a great white in December and January.

All they care about at this time of year is footfall. Plus 18 passengers on a boat was just ridiculous!

But we get to see a school of copper sharks and and a stingray.

Basically...people use this when all others are booked...so book with caution.

We were supposed to be picked up at 9...they turned up at 1030
We then drove around cape town for 1hr30 picking people up in a small van
Got there at 330pm (was supposed to be there at 12), then waited 5pm to go out.
They provided food....a loaf of bread, a bag of cheese and chutney
One couple had paid but told couldnt get on as over booked
No other boats out there as visibility so poor
Turns out, they had got a late privative booking so to make more money...had just moved everyone up.
We got out as sun was going down. Basically as soon as see a partial shark sighting, they whipped you out to get others in (I was in the water less than 10 mins)
Got back to cape town at 10pm (Was supposed to get back at around 4pm)

Woman in shop complete joker....lies and lies. She just crammed as many is to make as much money. Guys on boat were good but adding another trip onto end of the day meant they had run out of bait! Some divers didnt see a shark due to time lost.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
