It is with great sadness and disappointment to be writing this review.
Yesterday my friends and I went to the restaurant on 12 on Hillel villa and spa, the place is stunning however, upon our arrival when we wanted to order drinks and food we were told that the chef and the bar tender were out. We waited for +- 30 minutes for them to come back. Upon their arrival the bar tender gave us the menu to choose drinks from, we then ordered strawberry Daiquiri he then told us that he doesn’t have a blender we should order something else, we proceed and ordered different cocktails only to find out that our Straws were cut into halves and you could tell by the rough edges on the other side, the drinks also took way too long to arrive. We proceeded to order food, we wanted prawns which were in the menu that was presented to us then the chef says he doesn’t have prawns, then we opted for dessert which was cheesecake and he also didn’t have that, bottom line is everything that we wanted was not provided for us but it was on the menu. It is really disappointing to have such a bad service. We really hope that these issues could be sorted out so that people can have a better experience.
