The service was great from the receptionist. She was very welcoming towards us and treated us with so much respect. The food we ordered was mouthwatering and filling as well. Their rooms are spacious and have that warmth of feeling at home while away from home. The rooms were cleaned and organized very well. The bathroom had cleaned towels and it's specious as well. The location was easy to find and it's situated closer to the shops. I recommend it for those traveling between provinces for weekends, they will literally enjoy their stay in Joburg????????

We had an awesome stay. We loved every minute of it. The rooms need a little bit of attention such as stains on the carpet, threads hanging on the towels, damage on the edge of a small table. But none of this detracted from our enjoyment. I high recommend the weekend special.

Very nice place. Friendly staff and good food. But, we booked 2 rooms and 1 room had a smoke smell in it. We had a trailer with us and the personnel assisted us in finding a suitable space overnight.

Rooms clean and has everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Recommend the cheese burger from the restaurant, was really good. The breakfasts were always good. Large variety to choose from. Always a good experience.

Not the most exceptional but definitely not bad either, great rates for the rooms they offer, wonderful and kind staff, you have loads of privacy, it's quaint and quiet and definitely worth coming back to again.

My only reservations would be the pool area is more for kids not adults, no activity whatsoever and maybe the view (but we can't have everything).

Overall this is one of my favorites, I would recommend and definitely come back to. Especially if you're just looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and family.

I often find myself in and around the Eastgate area for business, private and otherwise. Having found this gem of a hotel at a reasonable cost has made these trips infinitely easier. I love the all suites concept with all the basic amenities to cater for a longer stay or just for when you need a break and don’t want to leave the hotel.
The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean with proper aircon.
A function home away from home.
