What a pathetic Institution, worst service I ever received, in fact no service at all. Administrators of professionals but they cannot even do basic admin themselves, what a disgrace.

Received the most horrible to no service today. The security did his part and sent me to a Lady for temperature, she gave me a form which I filled, mind you it asks the purpose for visit. Took it back to her and she said nothing at this time she is on the phone talking to friend or family. I took a sit thinking maybe someone will come for me as done the previous year. 15min later I go back to her and she said I should go to reception I asked her why she didn’t communicate that and she just looked at me and went on talking on her phone. Got to reception only to be told my service can’t be done. I asked what is the point of the other lady and the form if she is not going to read the form or why not ask before giving the form my reason for visit. I got no answer. You can do better all you have to go is ask purpose of visit and communicate the process, id like to think your there for guidance and to assist us so do that.

All I wanted was an invoice so I can pay for my registration. Three weeks later, countless no. of calls to the call centre (always high call volume), left voicemails with no one even bothered to return my calls, sent a number emails and still I do not have an invoice so I can pay them to register. Utterly useless organisation!!

Not ECSA waiting our airtime.... After holding for long to get through, they pick up the call and keep quiet then hang up.

This is disheartening for an organization who claims to be about professional registration but unprofessional themselves. Just milking people's fees. Ombudsman is my next stop as you definitely cannot be taking fees for service your not providing. That's fraud.

Been trying for the past year to get access to the self service portal to renew my registration. A professional statutory body without professional personnel. Poor service!!!!

Very Poor service considering the substantial cost to be a member. You don't receive responses.
If you want to be a member, be prepared to struggle with the admin staff.

The worst. I've wasted A LOT of airtime trying to get through to them. No response to any of my emails either and it's been more than 3 weeks. And if that's not bad enough, you blare Careless Whisper in my ear for 8 minutes.
