Such a great franchise let down by unprofessional, unorganised staff that have never delivered on time. Of the five times I've ordered from here the food taken at least 1h30m to arrive, three of those times the order has not been 100% correct.

I like Sandwich Baron, just not this sad excuse for a branch.

Good service but the food as a takeaway takes forever to be delivered. The chicken and avo salad I had was okay. The chicken was a bit dry and the sauce they give you is not nice at all. Was disappointment with the gluten free bread for the price I paid.

If you're looking to order breakfast and have it delivered, prepare for an hour and a half wait and constantly having to follow up. Awful service - would not recommend.

My entire office orders from this Sandwich baron branch almost everyday. They have the best sandwiches this side and Johannesburg and they don't charge you an arm and a leg for it! A MUST TRY :-)

Terrible service u0026 when we asked for them to deliver they did not even know the address and we are on the same road 2 buildings down 1 min walk!! Order from the one in Kensington branch for better service

Very unhappy. Ordered breakfast at 8 a.m and it's after 9 still haven't received it. Service deteriorates everytime I order from you guys. Please improve!
