The sales staff are very professional until you sign the contract, they don’t maintain a clientele professional relationship. My first day there was no fitness instructor to help out with equipment, valuables are not safe in the locker room and the showers definitely need a upgrade.
My contact was for 12 months, after the contact ended zonefittness still deducted from my account now I’m blacklisted . Will not recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been trying to cancel my membership with you guys since last year December when you said you will no longer be available in Bruma . Honestly I am disappointed in the service I recieved and even worse I was upgraded to use a gym that is too far from where I stay . You have a landline that nobody answers what is the use of it ?
I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone .
Please try and resolve this before it gets out of hand.

Do something about the shower facility, especially the doors and do something about the parking security at night because that's the peak period, the parking gets populated and I see no security patrolling. Show value to your clients by at least protecting their vehicles while they train at night

The shower facilities are horrible

The gym is otherwise alright

Please guys before you join zone fitness study your contracts very well because there are lot of loopholes with this gym.All they care about is your money and signing up after that its a mess.These guy collected from my account full 12months payment while I was away.Remember when l was relocated asking for a transfer but was handed over to attorneys for refusing to pay.When attorneys called me l agree to keep paying on terms they replace my time when back in the area of membership. Today l went back to the gym only to be told yes you paid for 12months ,came to the gym only 2 months recorded but we don't care even if l notify them.You have to start a new contract of 12months pay in full .Where is the customer care in such business line, ofcos people sign contracts sometimes in twisted tounges knowing we cant read or understand some of those fishy line to hook us out of our comfort zone.These guys eve n came to my work place convinced me to sign with them again and again coming with their forms.This is very bad for business when come to these small gyms contracts. Imagine a 12 months payment for nothing like some of these pyramid skyms .Wonder why VIRGIN ACTIVE is the best gym in SOUTH AFRICA.I was treated very very by the zone fitness Bruma after milking my hard cash for 12 months. Whether l paid through their lawyers but paid.Never ever recommend anyone to this gym ever again .They're very professional when signing the contract but if you any problem for them to solve its hell you loose life opportunities blacklisted it doesn't care about future of the customer. HELL HELL HELL

Besides being affordable cheap, this place is not well managed no visible cleaners on sight,no paper towel provided for wiping machines you must use your own towel to wipe others sweat and yours. No hand sanitizer.

Great gym , it's a complete gymnasium ,with cardio machines , free weights , circuits and aerobics. Bathroom showers ,steam room and health bar available

Poor dog has been tied to a pole outside @zonefitness in Bruma for close two hours in the cold with no water and with a chain that is digging into its skin. The staff there just shrug their shoulders and refused to point out its owner. This gym clearly does not care about animal abuse. Shame on you Zone Fitness.
