I have been to many 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. This is at best a 3 star experience. The food is not up to standard, as in you will get served salad without the salad dressing, while your steak/fish is served charred instead of medium rare all the while having barely any flavor. Then there are the hotel rooms, which are very dull for their price range.
Normally you would think that catering to so many customers and hosting so many events would enable them to get accustomed or learn how how certain things should be done or presented. It's the small things that should go noticed....
Their international counterparts are much better and atleast know how to trim the flower arrangements properly to prevent them from being burnt by candlelight. The flower arrangements should not be oversized and flowers should be arranged with care and not haphazardly arranged with stems of drastic nonsensical lengths.
Table arrangements should also allow you to see guests from the other end of an over stylized table.
The tables provided clearly do not have enough seating space for its compliment of people (better squash em in). The table legs also got in the way of people who where left sitting at the corners of said tables, and they where left feeling somewhat uncomfortable.
Please also be aware that their party venues aren't big enough to accommodate many guests and some will be seated on tables outside of the venue/hall in the corridor, the entire party hall also gets really hot (I am not kidding), while the air conditioning they have cannot properly accommodate the venue so don't use much makeup or excessive clothing.
This specific 4 seasons has a great view, which is enjoyable to look at and the staff are friendly.
