Great breads and croissants…if you get there early on saturday and sunday mornings. Otherwise you will have to wait for the next batch of croissants. With the breads, take what is left. Left with low GI bread and a fresh loaf because the sourdough was out. But there are tables for breakfast and fresh juices to try while you wait. Lots of treats to tempt you too.

Excellent service, portion too large for but hubby's portion was too little. Our waiter was Kyalami was awesome.

Hands down the Best Carrot cake I've purchased time after time. The Famous Carrot cake is perfectly baked with seeds, is moist and so fresh! Eating my 8th cake as we speak. Perfect for a anytime treat!

Good food especially bread. However the place is incredibly confusing. There is no instructions and staff wasnt helpful to answer my questions. It is not evident that one can pick bread and walk to a counter to ask to make a sandwich. I had to fish out this information from more than 1 staff member.

The pastries were delicious, however the service and cappuccino was not great at all.
When my wife and I got there no one greeted us and it was clear staff were packing up for the day (even though it was 30min before the stated closing time), we therefore opted for take-away rather than sit-down.
At first the teller quite rudely said they are closing and we can't order cappuccino's but we can go ask the barista if he'll still make for us. He did proceed to make, but clearly rushed it and the cappuccino tasted horrible.

Overall not a good experience.

Have been coming for many years, however today was not a good experience. We ordered sit down and the food was not up to standard. The chicken and mushroom quiche had no taste. Seems the chicken was not seasoned well. The crust was very dark.The filled croissant was burnt. The petit fours was dry and not moist. When getting ice cream I requested half a scoop for each of my children (portion is huge) as either which way I was going to pay full price, was told no. Lost interest in buying from the staff at the sandwich bar. Didnt leave with a good feeling today.
