THE WORST AFTER-SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have had to send my Nespresso machine for repairs 3 times now. It is leaking. Every time I’ve had to wait 5-7 working days for them to collect and deliver the machine. They are obviously not testing it properly because as soon as I make a cup of coffee, the machine leaks. They show no remorse and their behaviour is unapologetic. The representatives just inform you of a new collection date and tell you to pack the machine safely and blah blah blah. Nespresso has deteriorated substantially over the years and their coffee machines seem to be getting worse in terms of quality. I will buy another type of coffee machine because I am not prepared to support a brand that is unreliable and careless about delivering decent customer service.
