Update: Once again, blown out of the water with the welcoming, friendly nature of staff(Diana), but the biggest thing that keeps us coming back is the top quality, fresh, awesome food! Burgers-world class! Feta and jalapeño bombs-blown away delicious! Cheesy chips-mmmm!!
Keep it up and we will keep coming back!

Excellent service(ask for Thabang), good burgers, with a whole variety of toppings(create your own). Wings with BBQ let them down a bit, but the cheesy chips will keep you coming back, as will the “Death by chocolate milkshake”. Seating in and outside creates a nice vibe. New management seems committed to having clean, efficient, friendly restaurant. Definitely recommend.

We waited for ages for take-aways. Was supposed to be 1kg beef ribs. Opened the box to find only 8 ribs which we then weighed. Was only 800g and all bone. Ripped us off. Will NEVER go back.

I always enjoy rocco mamas and I often get the vegetarian option because it is delicious and I like to switch it up but the meat options are even better. Whenever we come here service is fast and the food is good. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual but it isn't as big as many of the other rocco mamas which isn't a bad thing.
They do serve a small selection of alcohol which goes down nicely with a burger or wings.

Best takeaway / quick burger place in joburg. Really good quality food every time. Never had a problem at any rocomamas branch. Their mayo is delicious, so are the chilli cheese fries.

Ordering is a really cool system where you fill in a Form with your order and then they take that. You can also call them and place an order for pickup.

Fully licensed and the expected array of beers on tap (castle light, Jack Black, devil's Peak ale)

RocoMamas is well, RocoMamas!

It has become a household name for its fun atmosphere and theme and its unique way of presenting its food!!

Their milkshakes are one of my favorite things and I’ve been a repeat offender for getting ill because I convinced myself that I could have three or more G-Shakes in one sitting!!!

The RocoMamas at The Colony has however become extremely disappointing. There has been a noticeable change in staff, and not for the better!

The general concern for what type of food they put out and for the kind of interaction they have with their customers seems to be of very little importance.

I think a new change in attitude will go a long way in making this already successful franchise more welcoming in that area.

Friendly staff and our food was delicious. Our order did take slightly long to be delivered to our table and I have heard that RocoMamas in general are slow, but the food made up for the wait!

Tiny restaurant with quick and vibey service. Food stands up to the RocoMamas promise.
