My son and I arrived and were seated by Kaya. He took our order and a brought us our drinks. A while later brought our food. We did not see him again. The manager on duty named Sam didn't check on us once. Or as a matter of fact any other tables. He did however check on one table 6 times. Are some customers more important than others. The so called important customer sat and picked dead skin off his barefoot while I tried to enjoy my meal. How can a manager allow a customer to remove their shoe to sit and pick at his foot in a restaurant?

The kids enjoyed it here. Lots of obstacles and games available.

I love the fact that the kids get tags upon arrive for their safety.

During the week daytime, the service takes long. Suppose less waiters for not so busy time. But my experience, tables don't get cleared before main meals arrive. Chips as if previous days and refried.

I’m very disappointed. I’ve never had such a bad Spur experience before. The food arrived 2 hours later and my food was burnt. I was missing items of my order and my roll was stale. Half the food was coming out of the box.

Food comes out quick, the place is always clean and staff friendly, but I would like to see staff of all races. I believe we should all be equal. 00

Nothing wrong with establishment or staff or service all of these were great as expected. My only complaint is the food portion size when comapred to the asking price. Seems like the portions are getting smaller and smaller and just not worth the asking price in my opinion. Other than that, there is great parking and the usual facilities for the kiddies.

Last night I had the pleasure of eating at Golden falls spur with my wife, from the moment we got there the staff were really friendly, the food was fresh and tasty, the spicey wings were just right, with a nice bite, I could not fault them on this night, managers came to see if everything was OK, and it certainly was, the waitress was super helpful just wish I got her name, and we got a R100 voucher off our meal with our spur card..... job well done golden falls spur columbine ????
