We had a good stay over the easter weekend. The place is clean and secure.
The staff is professional and helpful.

The room was fine, d blanket was too old and d pillows gave my husband allergy his nose were blocked d whole day. If u can't use clothes softener on pillows leave a freshener in d room. White pillows cases are a no no. And have a shower cap in the bathroom too and a sanitizer too.

I really didn’t enjoy my stay at this guesthouse, I honestly wouldn’t rate it to anyone. Wifi was slow, the stove had problems forced us to eat takeaways often, there’s cameras around but when one of our vehicles got broken into during our first night they told us the hard drives were full and they couldn’t get footage. You need to pay a fee for helpers to wash your dishes, which we were only told later on. I couldn’t wait to go back home after that treatment.

Will never recommend this guests house to anyone based on my experience here Room 4 , linen very undermining our integrity felt like I slept in a pigs place cushions with lumps duvets looks like they were over washed blankets as well .....I have never been so frustrated in my whole life it looked like I have not payed for my stay in this place, no gate keys or remote you have to call , very cold, and the bath taps sooooo slow bath towels are very old, very undermining my integrity .......not in a good standard at all .very frustrated can't wait to check out and go to my lovely home....its a place that rips off peoples money ....no value for the money paid...

contrary to our stay ilala guesthouse room were clean spacious! reasonable price R450 for the comfort. i will definitely come back!!!

12 of us from kzn spent a weekend at ilala guest house.Our host Ntokozo was friendly ,professional and always available to attend to our requests.i would recommend this guesthouse to everyone
