My son and I gave been members of this gym since 2014. I have paid our fees every month without fail. I have paid right through covid. Even though I have not gymed much since 2020. Going back after not gyming for almost 2 yrs. I was very disappointed to find the place us not being upkept

Fortunately for Gym Company Winchester Hills I have to rate at least one star to post my review, otherwise if it was not for that, I would rate it with no stars at all! The gym itself is not a bad gym however the service you receive from the reps and admin is BAD! If you looking for a cheap alternative and the quality of equipment does not matter to you, you could consider this gym. However, If you like me and you believe service makes a huge difference for value of money then think 10 000 times before you take on their contact. Service is absolutely disappointing. Which manager cannot take an urgent query at 3PM cause they are on lunch. These people are playing games! poor training on staff u003d poor service u003d unsatisfied customer. Do Yourself a favor and pay an extra R100 at Planet Fitness or Virgin Active. At least you will be guaranteed peace of mind and great value for your money.

Best disition, best place to be. This should have been done in January. But as they say, better late than never. Loved the receptions d offering. Massage! Massage! Massage????

The gym generally is Perfect,
But the service from the lady who was at reception 8:30 14/09/2022 sucks,when u want to pay for your tag she is busy to help and ask you to come tomorrow for simple transaction, but because I insist on paying today she eventually agreed to help, she must be moved from reception.

Great gym.
Love going here.
However equipment upgrades are long overdue and
More attention needs to be taken with regards to cleaniess of showers and locker rooms as showers don't get cleaned regularly.

Honestly!!! If I could give this gym 0 stars I would. The power went off for 1 hour between 5-6 pm. Once it came back on the staff has just locked up as the power came back on and one of the lady employees ran inside to turn the lights off again so they could go come and not work. We all want to train and some of us use it to release stress.

I confronted one of the staff that was working there tonight and he tried to convince me that the power was out even thought we clearly see the lights are on in the area. honestly the nerve that your staff have and to think that I'm supposed to pay for a gym that has staff that can take any chance to get off work.....will be looking at moving from this gym ..

clean,friendly staff,range of beautiful equipment and very cheap with secure parking.

ask for Paul when you there,great guy and extremely professional
