Love going for a walk about this hidden gem. My only concern is having people drive their cars over almost anywhere and everywhere to park and relax.
I would suggest having designated parking areas to preserve the grass.
Otherwise, great place to have your dog walked or enjoy a kick about with the family.

Secure and great dog park (walks on lead, vast area to take them off lead) Lovely dam for fishing. Places for picnics. Soccer practice, Childrens jungle gyms, well maintained equipment and gardens.
Great park run location.
Parking allowed inside of park. Controlled access. No entrance fees

Absolutely love this place. My husband goes for a jog while I photograph the birds. It has a lovely park with braai facilities, which families enjoy. On a Saturday there are park runs and there is a park gym for the fitness enthusiast. The dam is popular and is a catch and release dam. The park has something for everyone.

What I like about the park is it is large and gives you a sense of privacy and solitude even though you are relatively safe and have people close enough in a case of an emergency. Plenty to do for the whole family. An outdoor gym, great play park for the children as well as a soccer field. I have heard this is also a good spot for angling. A viable location for a novice hike.Security at the gate is really friendly. A great off the leash adventure for friendly four legged friends. I just wish the people making use of this park as a picnic and braai spot would pick up after themselves.

Bumped into this place mistakenly, and loved it. Great spots for fishing are available too. There is a lot of things to do, from gym area to a 5 aside pitch. Ample of parking space too and indeed what a well maintained park… The road surface makes it a bit annoying to drive, but it’s all for a good cause, just don’t drive there with a runny stomach….

Beautiful well kept park, very quite and clean. Few times I’ve been there seemed safe. Security at the entrance as well. Free entrance. Pet friendly.

This park is definitely looked after. There are still a few things that have to be done like the water pressure valve at the back. The exercise equipment was a very good idea ????
