Loved it, the staff are super helpful and very accommodating. Friendly faces and the vibe was excellent. Definitely will be coming back. It's a lovely establishment. Shower head, however might need some love, in my opinion.

We stayed there for two nights last week. Really nice staff and outside area with pool has charme, also Melville is a cool neighborhood for going out. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. Hairs on the floor and the sheets on the bed were not nice as well because of stains. Could be a perfect place with a little improvement of the hygiene!

Sad sad sad:
1. BED needs to be changed as they go deep "boat effect" not so merry for sleep.
2. No specifications in booking as we booked for a double bed and were offered a small Wendy house, actually even the room we got had no room.
3.warmness is not a smile and the hosts are generally cold
Definitely not going back.

My family stayed here when they came to Joburg, they enjoyed it. This place is homey and there is a freedom with regards to having visitors. The pool is really clean, the staff is helpful and the beds are really comfortable.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff are unbelievably accommodating and friendly. It is a beautiful, vibey little spot and super affordable too. Will definitely be back and keep this place as my number one go-to accommodation for when travelling!

Great staff! Probably the cleanest hostel that Ive ever stayed at, and very conviniently located. Close to awesome nightlife, as well as shops, restaurants and all major attractions that the city has to offer. Beds are comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend it!

Benedicta, Catherine and the others whose names I didn't get, not to mention the owner Peter, love them all to bits????
