CLEAN. Exciting and wonderful place. Although I only went to go and fetch a filter I ordered online, I ended up walking and looking at all the fish, plants, animals and equipment for 30min. Was also offered help twice and had my package within 30 sec after asking for it. If this place was not 40 min from my home I would be a daily visitor. Great JOB!!

Absolutely great pet store, especially for aquarists. They have everything and good prices and friendly staff. Been there to shop in-store and always had someone willing to help and give tips. Also shopping online is easy and a bonus is that if you deliver close by you get same day delivery if you order before 11am at normal delivery cost, sometimes even free delivery.
Definitely a must for aquarists in Sandton area!

Ordered some crested gecko food that was out of stock at the store where I usually order. It was delivered quickly and without problems to the middle of nowhere where I live. Good, personalized service and I will definitely order from here again????

To be totally honest, this is the first store in JHB that didn't disappoint me. Guys, thank you SO, SO much.
This online purchase was effortless.
Being kept up to date about the courier ware bouts was much appreciated.
The deal I got on the parrot food was just GREAT!
Overall 10/10.
