Well, this was one of those experiences you need to study well and don’t just go by ‘the title’. I was thinking to go down a street with lots of little galleries, art shops, creative cafes, etc. Nope. The Keys Art Mile is basically one building with a few galleries (two of the three were not open on Saturday late afternoon), restaurants on the ground floor and an exclusive one on top and a private club.

Great Mnisi art exhibition by Asisebenze. Could easily have been in New York City with the vibe and colourful crowd there.

First Thursdays is a fantastic idea: a portion of Keyes Avenue closed off with pop-up food stores, and a great variety of galleries and restaurants at the Keyes Art Mile open for a bit of the evening. However, it would be great to have the Circa Gallery and Everard Reed Gallery open for First Thursdays, too. Excited to see the growth of this bustling event!

It was my second time at this venue but though small an intimate it's one of my favourites. And I got to enjoy the best food from Picassos food truck and coffee like no other from naked coffee. Safe parking and quite good for a night out as a couple or friends. God date venue

A boutique collection of galleries and design shops. Curated events happen all the time. There are the best burgers in town at BGR. It is also very close the Everard's read gallerys. Check it out on first Thursday...
