I love the convenience of the location of the lodge! A great space to lay low and relax before getting back into the hustle and bustle outside.

I got to meet quite a number of interesting people visiting from different parts of the country and beyond. My experience has definitely been an eye opening one. I appreciated the environment, staff and fellow guests.

The potential to be better is there, it just needs to be capitalised on. ????

Just received your pathetic response. I did make use of your backpackers in 2019. That's the response I'd expect from incompetent people like yourself. Your receptionist was very rude, and I still stand by my review. So I'm not sure how I am being vindictive. You guys offer poor service and should close down. It's unacceptable!

The place is centrally located. It attractslost of tourists, we used to get people from Overseas before Covid, close to all the major centers, busy to commute either with a bus, taxi or a Gautrain. However, it could use a bit of renovations, painting, deep cleaning, new linen, and updated front of Office( it's frustrating to travel for a long time, and get to a place hoping the check in will just be hassle free, but then it's a long process ,I hope the owner read this, and improve the service

First of all, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THE PLACE LOOKS HORRIBLE!!! The kitchen is dirty and the blankets are not clean. Secondly, the showers are leaking and the doors are falling. Thirdly the service is very poor and they expected us to follow the rules and they did not even read them out! They have a stinking attitude and they are very rude! I am not happy with the place because of how it was. They did not even want us to chill by the pool! We were not allowed to chill in certain places. Lastly I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place

Good and decent for the price. House keeping and Admin system can definitely get better. Dusts on the blinds triggered allergies when it's windy. If staff does get to read this I hope they sort that out. I like that it's gated and secured and location is strategically close to malls and places of interest around.

The beds have uncomfortable sponges and a share room is still dark with one light that isn't even a common globe. The place smells bad especially the lounge.
