I called to find out availability, upon giving the gentlemen my dates and times, he was very rude!!!! And told me that it is not a hotel i should call a hotel, very very very poor service, and i have not even been there.

Would definitely not recommend it to anybody!!!!

They should learn how to deal with customers first, absolutely no telephone skills and peoples skills.

Incredible boutique hotel, lovely staff, great food, very accommodating, lots of activities around.

From massages, conference rooms and many other facilities they offer makes a great place for a time out or team building events with colleagues.

For international guests this would be a safe, beeitful place to put your bags down in comfort and style.

Wow 10/10 will recommend tooany one coming to the area. Rooms are so quiet and spacious, the breakfast was so delicious. Thank you to all the staff and management.

I totally love the place, the rooms are beautifull and and well kept staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is exceptional well prepared, and the scenary is just magnificent, for a perfect restfull getaway, Q on First is the best place to be, there is also a beauty parlor, for those who need to be spoiled, so I would recommend 100% that is the place to be

Absolutely wonderful stay. Cannot fault a thing. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings Everyone goes the extra mile. Will definitely be back. Love the concept of the open plan kitchen near the pool for self catering - so unique. Thanks to all

Excellent accommodation and friendly staff. Would recommend the Guesthouse for both Private (short stay) and work related (long periods of more than 1 week). The rooms are exquisite and the overall feel of the guesthouse is one of home.
