Service was good we buy meals of R3700 00 but there was not any token of appreciation we had to as them but after nearly 25min they decided to give us only 3 crunches but the meal was ????

On more than one occasion this branch has omitted items that I had ordered and payed for. KFCs customer service number has been broadly unhelpful in correcting mistakes they seem to make repeatedly.

Unreliable.

There is just now words to describe this KFC. Bad service, rude and defensive staff is top and notch. Drive thru starts operating at the Playstation so don't know the need of a drive a through. Just can't deal with KFC. Several bad experiences.

The place can get full during lunchtime, even the drive-thru but the place is good, the staff are welcoming, sometimes.

I ordered 4 colonel burgers on Uber eats tonight.
This was a late order, however I still expect to get quality food because you are still open, otherwise do not accept the order!

The burgers were very dry, bland and had no taste!
