The drive thru takes forever especially when there’s load shedding, but the food has always been up to par and the employees are nice. They do also tend to run out of things like fries and certain drinks.

This was my first time at this Nandos. The staff was friendly and service was fast. There is very little parking outside this Nandos but they have a drive through. Nice but not my favorite one.

This used to be one of the best Nandos around.
Now, staff are incompetent and inconsistent.
Chicken is sometimes overcooked and dry.
An "extra sauce" request seems to always fall on deaf ears.
The tables closest to the entrance are always occupied by staff and delivery guys, it kills whatever little ambience the place had.
I once ordered a full chicken meal that came with the two thigh pieces missing, it was resolved but still worth a mention.
I hope you get it together soon Nandos Savoy, I'd prefer to continue to patronise this place.

Staff is very incompetent, ordered myself a plant-based hotpot meal yesterday... Was given chicken instead, not happy.

I bought mild buh i was given lemon n herb flavor i even asked twice if its mild they said yes but anyway Nando's good.
