Absolutely blown away by the service and care Linkwood Hospital has provided. I have been treated like Ike a queen and have been checked on regularly. Highly recommend this hospital.

The Linkwood hospital is the most amazing hospital I have been too. I was treated like a real person not just a number in a bed. I was very well looked after. The nurse who helped Doc I Ramsamy deliver my baby girl was such amazing person who cheered me on each step of the way.
Thank you to each and every staff member who made my experience a beautiful one.

Very bad service. This is the 2nd day I'm trying to get through on their number with no luck. Line is ringing and nobody is picking up. I even phoned Customer Care and they also couldn't get through on Linkwood Hospital's line? This is very poor!

This is honestly the worst hospital ever! I’ve been verbally calling out to the nurses for close to an hour because the nurses call button is not working and all I wanted was a glass of water since I haven’t been able to drink anything since 6 am due to me having an operation at 11 am. I have been shouting my lungs out but gossip seemed to be more important than patients. Even after asking the tea lady to call them it took another 5-10 minutes for them to get to me. I have chronic medication to take its 21:45 pm and I still have received any food, the last time I ate was 1 am. I’m in pain and there’s no help but yet this hospital is charging so much money and I still don’t think I will have breakfast as well because no has bothered to ask me about it. People save yourself the suffering and stay away from this place it’s absolute nonsense! I couldn’t give it zero stars as it deserves so I have to give one.

Dr Dheshni Naidoo is the best, she delivered our beautiful baby girl into this world, she is very friendly and always answers all the questions you may have. It was such an amazing experience, she is a very warm and caring person. Netcare hospital, and the nurses there was also very helpful in the time we were in the hospital. They really take very good care of you and your new baby????

While we had an overall positive experience with the birth of our first child and received good medical care, the overall maintenance of the hospital rooms needs attention. Doors not closing properly, ventilation diffusers dirty, drain blocked etc does affect the experience and doesn't leave a great impression.

A beautiful birth experience at Netcare Linkwood. All the nurses are professional and pleasant when approached. Dr Naidoo is simply amazing and efficient. The facility is great with exception of a few things which need fixing. Halaal food was readily available. Overall received much TLC and left feeling like I was going home from a rested vacation.
