Service at this establishment is exceptional. Treated friendly a d professionally. The hospital is clean and tidy. The doctors are some of the best we have in the country. I would definitely recommend this hospital for a big operation.

The Trauma ICU and High care wards and staff are absolutely brilliant. The nurses are lovely, kind and compassionate towards the patients and loved ones. The doctors and the facilities are fantastic, all the way down to the coffee shop. If you or a loved one ends up here you are in good hands.
I am eternally grateful to the nursing staff, especially Trauma high care for taking such well care of my husband during these last few weeks, not forgetting the doctors and specialists. We are eternally grateful.

Their services are good. They help patients faster. I just don't like the fact that the intercoms that are supposed to be used to call doctors when there is an emergency, they are even used to discuss patients. When one is in a room being helped, they can hear the healthcare workers discussing patients amongst themselves. They should look into it. It's not ideal.

Such a professional facility with wonderful staff and amazing doctors. BUT THE NOISE! In section8 the,staff gathered tor hours day and night and spoke and laughed LOUDLY for hours. Impossible to rest or sleep. After midnight quietened. abit. Such a pity because otherwise a really pleasant caring group of staff.

The worst private hospital I've ever been to. Staff is unfriendly and they don't discuss the patients' conditions in private with them. If you go there as a visitor, you'll hear their discussions with patients and even get to see other patients being attended to without closing curtains from other people. Do not take your sick loved ones to Milpark Netcare

Doctors are informative and manage expectations.

Many of the CCU nurses are amazing, they listen and help in anyway they can.

Though, in every medical entity, a bad attitude will cost lives .

I Found 4 CCU nursing staff to be quite unprofessional and highly insensitive.
1 of the nurses thought it was wise to tell me that my mum, who was in a coma needs to rest. Little did she know I myself is a medical professional.

To answer the question, this was not during a visiting hour.
I understand the fact that one should give the nurses space to work and do their thing, but with such a comment, I wonder how much care do patients really get when no one is there.

The fact that there are so many complaints about nursing staff from people from all walks of life and the complaints are still rolling in,appears that the hospital is does not strive to improve the service that clearly in an issue.

Had occasion to use the casualty facility at Milpark this evening. From the moment we arrived at approximately 8.30pm, we were attended to with professionalism and utmost care, and all with a high degree of efficiency. Special thanks to Samuel at the front desk, nurse Siya and Doctor Adi for care and attentiveness!
