Although I love the products of Rialheim, I find that the ceramics break very easily. Almost all of the handles of my UBUNTU mugs have snapped off, and the ceramic dogs on the plates have come off after a couple of washes. Nice to look at but not terribly functional.

The Rialheim store is a truly immersive experience where you can browse the ceramic brand's products in a beautiful showroom setting. The staff are helpful but not pushy and one can spend quite some time shopping their quirky collection of handcrafted ceramics. Best part is that they also have a café so when you done shopping you can enjoy a delicious coffee outside under the tree. Conveniently located right by the Woolies at Rand Steam Shopping Centre with lots of free parking available!

We had an awesome experience buying from Rialheim, firstly they have an amazing website that is easy to navigate and is regularly updated with your order status. Secondly, the items they have on their website are simply breathtaking, amazing design and creativity can be found in every product. The delivery took just about 30 hours which is impressive. We will definitely be buying from them again!

In Sout Africa it is hard to get good service if it is online or not, and then you are also suspicious purchasing items online. But I can honestly say with Rialheim I have received just the best, quick and sufficient service. Within 2 days from payment my order was delivered. The items I have bought is exactly as the description on the website, and actually even better then the online picture. I am so excited and can not wait to put it up and see the final results!
