Stopped here for a quick bite i my to find out that the best pizza on earth “bacon and banana” has been taken off the menu - why??? The options left are very uninspiring, my husband got the pasta had no flavour and honestly the best thing we ate was the focaccia which they call something else but again no flavour but if you add salt chilli and some Parmesan it’s great! Covid protocols at an all time LOW and no one really cared about the kids in the play are which is odd as there were tons of kids there???? I can’t understand why people think the virus has left us it hasn’t….. I think people should rethink the safety we experience when we go out! I saw a few exciting things on the menu like a Braai pizza wonder what that’s like and the kids menu isn’t half bad…..

As my partner and I walked in we wondered why it was so quiet, there were literally 3 people in the restaurant. We thought great, that means our food won't take all that long. It didn't take very long, that I can give to them but then wow! My pasta was overcooked and was literally swimming in all that cream. Now I like myself a creamy pasta but I'm not too fond of cream with a side of pasta. You would think at least the service would be better but when our waiter wasn't around and we looked for attention, the one whose attention we got WOULDN'T attend to us. All in all I get why there was no one at the restaurant.

I'm not going back there myself. Ever.

One of those places that "fans" of the store will frequent. Decent location in the mall. With the now upgraded menu, the variety is expanded with some nice touches. So Food is good, great for kids - play area a huge bonus with the kids and this one @ the Zone, Rosebank has a nice location. ????????

I went to panarottis at the zone for dinner this evening and I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food. They were very busy but we had to wait about 30 minutes for 4 pizzas. The pizzas lacked flavour and were very oily. The pizza tasted like the wooden board that it was served on, the board felt sticky and oily and I didn’t think it was very hygienic. Our waitress was lovely but I when I asked the manager for our bill and some takeaway boxes she didn’t ask us if we were happy with our food or make any attempt to check on us, this was shocking because we had clearly not enjoyed the food. There were 4 of us at the table and nobody ate more than 3 slices of pizza. A really nice location and reasonable prices but the food was bad.

This is one of the best Panarottis around. Good service from Bheki. Exceptionally clean and awesome food. Well done Mohammed. Keep it up!

Parmesa , chillies and garlic with balsamic vinegar really adds to the pizza.

Excellent pizza!

However the chicken livers are lacking salt, the onion slivers are sliced too long and thick.

The waitress was unable to understand that I was asking for a breadroll for the chicken livers, it does not appear to be offered as an extra separately.

The chicken strips were fried in old oil, as well as fried too much, resulting in an extremely dark texture and a rubbery piece of meat.

As much as I love Panarottis, the staff needs to be trained extra in terms of what customers might expect regarding specific dishes or sides.

But I will definitely be back, I loved the pizza!
