**Follow up to the complaint below and response by Simply Asia, they asked me to contact them via email which I did and a week later nothing was done. It seems they simply respond to complaints publicly and generically to make it seem like it's been taken care of but it's just an insincere and unfulfilled act on their side.

The meal was not bad although the Ballito Simply Asia curry noodles were unbeatable compared to my experience here at Rosebank. The kitchen was very dirty and the order took long to arrive.
The veggies were cut unprofessionally, some bigger the next and definitely bigger than one bite size so I removed it from the meal. I did not receive such sizes at other Simply Asia stores I've been to
..
There were big chunks of fresh tomatoes and I don't remember that during my time at the Ballito outlet. The waitress did also not receive the feedback from us very satisfactorily, telling us to simply order smaller sized veggies next time. I did not even mention our displeasure at the state of the kitchen I would have appreciated more effort to improve for better services next time.
I would also have taken this feedback to my head chef/manager to test whether it should be smaller rather than brush off feedback, what happened to continuous improvement especially when there's clearly a lack of involvement from higher management, with the state of the kitchen...
