A real hidden gem.
Everything authentic when it comes to teas and coffee.
The service is always top notch.
I really wish they would expand the sitting area .soooo much potential ...

We went to the Peacock Tea u0026 Coffee shop for some quality time, conversation and some great coffee. Our expectations were exceeded when Thabiso Sekoati took the time to explain the coffee, beans, appliances and coffee accessories to us in great deal. Sure, the coffee was amazing, without a doubt, however, Thabiso made a cup of coffee into an experience from which we learned a lot.

Terrible service, the ladies at the store didn't know about the date the coffees were roasted, neither what was the process used for the decaffeinated coffee. And they got angry when we asked. Their answer was: "we only sell, we don't know". Training or hiring someone with more knowledge in coffee will benefit you. Also you should put the roasting date on the packages.

Poor service and bad attitude from staff.
Lid of the teapot broke while pouring tea as it was not correctly seated in the teapot. The staff expected me to pay for this (sic).
I was willing to pay for it but they could/would not provide a receipt for the payment, a box for said teapot nor proof that the teapot was indeed never used previously.
The manager (poppy) called, was rude and said that STUPID people like myself who are unable to pour tea, are no longer welcome in their store
As a regular customer I was horrified and will take my business elsewhere in future.
So much for supporting local!

Great selection of coffee and teas... I regularly buy beans... very competitive price and extremely enjoyable... Faith is such a lovely, helpful lady who makes my coffee experience even more enjoyable. Good service all round

Reviewing the coffee for house use it’s ????????????????????, I’ve never been o the physical shop but their website works fantastically well and I tried once one coffee type and I love every roast they have. I just love this coffee brand!!!

After making the journey and going out of my way to buy a load of Epic tea and tea pots. I was told the tea was similar to 5 roses and rushed out the shop. You can't sell something steeped in history if you have no clue. I will not be back. I would rather go to the tea murchant.
