You have to pay an initial res fee payment of 20% of your whole residences fees. The culture and safety are the only good things. Plus the fact that you can access everything. By the dining hall food is okay during the first few weeks at res. To get back to res the following year is the hardest. Enjoy your stay.

Great all girls res. It's conveniently located on East campus, close to the matrix and the main dining hall. There's a great sense of camaraderie which is good for first year students. It's clean and mostly quiet throughout the year. They have laundry facilities. The res is normally used for conferences during the June and December holidays. For students that means you have to move out during those periods. For conference attendees it's as comfortable as a student res can get, there are lots of single rooms so you might not have to share. The only downside is that they have communal bathrooms. The bathrooms and other common areas are cleaned everyday. The bedrooms are cleaned once a week during the academic year. The cleaning staff is very friendly, be respectful towards them.

It's a great on-campus residence, its all girls, cleaned once a week, has laundry facilities, next to the Matrix and the dining hall and it was the most convenient for me as most of my class were on East Campus. Towards the end of the year I had a case of theft were the cleaning lady took something that belonged to me but since I couldn't proof it was mine, it was her word against mine so make sure you lock up everything on cleaning day, no one can be trusted.

Extremely safe, well mannered all girls res. You won't find anyone stealing there. I once lost my room key and wasn't bothered to buy another one. I left my room unlocked for 2 weeks and not even the R10 I dropped on the floor of it was taken. The ladies in the res are not allowed to smoke and drink inside the res which makes it a good environment to study. It is however an academic res so your marks determine if you get in and stay in. Wifi in the whole res too. Can access from room.

Very neat residence, quite spacious and adequate for students and conferences. Nice garden areas. The only problem is the communal showers. Most of them do not work properly with drips and drabs of water coming out

My friend was in this Res. Very welcoming security staff and they stick to rules. I did have. Problem with it’s proximity to the min road but other than that, it is a good Residence.
