Good evening Charmaine,

As per your last response as the manager (Reservations) for this place. I see you indicated “numerous” of your staff was willing to assist? Please indicate what they could’ve done to what I was having as my dinner to which is exactly the same thing I’m having now. I swear i’m not being difficult or anything. I’d really appreciate anything at this point and time. But why would I have pork when i intended to have chicken? I’m seated here drinking coffee which might be the only intake for the evening. On a fully paid bill? come on.

and Miriam which was the person assisting yesterday and still is today is trying really. (She’s doing a good Job if I may say). Let’s scratch the numerous and get your GM or anyone above that to handle this situation. Not my situation but the food situation that ‘numerous’ people are complaining about.

Rooms clean and well equipped. Really comfy beds. Excellent service from all staff who are service oriented. Good breakfast and quiet location.

Unfortunetely with the current stay, I didn't include food but however,on my previous stays. Chill Pepper Boutique Hotel served amazing food from Breakfast to Supper. I always compliment the chef...

I just had thee best meal ever credit to the chef (specially the cheese sauce and the beef) and the service was to SuperB???????? big ups to the friendly and most AWESOME staff (Charlene, Bongz and Petros)

Would’ve given them 5 stars but their food let them down. I strongly believe that the food can be improved and more effort should go into menu planning. Besides food everything else was great. Friendly and helpful staff.clean space.

Absolutely amazing! The service is excellent, the people from the hotel is extremely friendly! The rooms are extremely beautiful and clean, the beds are super comfortable, you can't hear the traffic from the main road. Great experience!
