As per your last response as the manager (Reservations) for this place. I see you indicated “numerous” of your staff was willing to assist? Please indicate what they could’ve done to what I was having as my dinner to which is exactly the same thing I’m having now. I swear i’m not being difficult or anything. I’d really appreciate anything at this point and time. But why would I have pork when i intended to have chicken? I’m seated here drinking coffee which might be the only intake for the evening. On a fully paid bill? come on.
and Miriam which was the person assisting yesterday and still is today is trying really. (She’s doing a good Job if I may say). Let’s scratch the numerous and get your GM or anyone above that to handle this situation. Not my situation but the food situation that ‘numerous’ people are complaining about.
