The guest house accomodated me and loved one for two months. I am appreciative of the welcome, care and continued wonderful service. The host is very welcoming, truly the art of serving guests is applauded. I recommend booking the guest house for the stay.

Maintenance needed in the room. Bathroom door, toilet seat broken. Spa bath as well as TV did not work. Noise of people socializing way after 11 at night. We asked for silence, but to no avail. Breakfast made up for everything - it was really good.

We are a family of four, myself, my wife and our two young boys. The family room was specious, comfortable, and clean and it felt like home. Management and staff were friendly and very helpful.
After the holiday I had a personal problem and they went out of their way to assist me. I’m glad we spent our holiday at Mbombela guesthouse.

I was very disappointed. All the reviews were great and the images looked good too but when we arrived our room that we apparently were upgraded to was like a cheaply put together guesthouse. The room smelt of bleach, our toilet almost fell off the walll everytime you sat on it and was badly positioned against the window that overlooked the path to the other rooms. The pots and pans would give you aluminium poisoning and the tv remotes didn't work. We were also woken up early to move our car because their parking makes no sense, you will either park someone in or be parked in yourself and just need to be prepared to either wake someome up or be woken up. The one star was for the friendly staff.

The people and staff that run the guest house are friendly, efficient and helpful. Smiling and always willing to help. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the beds are comfy and warm,the showers are warm and the water pressure excellent......clean bedding and towels.The rooms are very tastefully furnished and luxurious with everything you could need.

I am saying rooms , beds and showers because Mbombela Exclusive has became my second home away from home,I have visited the place on numerous occasions and everytime I have a business trip to Nelspruit I don't have to worry about accommodation and I always hope its not fully booked when I make a call for bookings.

The first time I visited the place ,just after I made payment for two nights I received an email that the following day I have to be in Polokwane and I had to explain to the gentleman that was helping me and he understood my situation although I never asked for refund we agreed that next time when I vist I will the night will be covered and after a week I re-vistted the place and was given that day without any issues.

I will recommend Mbombela Exclusive Guesthouse anytime...If you are looking for an intimate, very private getaway...this is it! Very well maintained!

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Mbombela exclusive guest house from 02 June 2017 To 04 June 2017. It was one of the best vacation I ever experience just because of the experience the staff at the quest house has given, they didn't dissapoint.

All staff member whom we came in contact was attentive and kind especially Muzi, The Room very clean and spacious not to mention the furniture it was wow wow yes wow.oh the place is also very reserved or should I say private. Definitely my next visit to the city will be spending at the mbombela exclusive guest house.

I had a wonderful weekend vacation and I have recommended mbombela exclusive guest house to my family and friends. Thank you for such outstanding service

So we drove all the way 350km to get to this place that we booked in June already to be told we were double booked! Actually they didn't double book us instead the other house was closed down because of "their poor management skills" and they booked the other group here because they got here first ???????? summary.

The poor skelm manager be trying to book us a shady place with a refund, pool is dirty

The manager is said to be somewhere with her phone off because they knew of this situation way before we arrived but decided not to inform us! We could have arranged alternative accommodation.

So in short! Do not visit this place, it looks beautiful on pictures but not the ideal.

Do not book Mbombela Exclusive guest house! Other house closed anyway ????????????
