OMG there's a beautiful lady, her name is Nomthandazo that I dealt with last week Saturday..... she was a darling best at what she does gave me the excellent service that I've never got before, ever smiling since the day I met her always eager to assist No MAN... She's best at what she does, I wish that she could a manager to run that place... I promise you if she could be a manager there, there will never be a complain because she's a leader......she knows what she's going.. I really like people like her who has a patience for what they do for a living..

I ordered a box master, regular mash and small pops and there was something wrong with each of these items. The pops were so dry and they tasted stale, the mash is just tasteless ahh and the box master did not taste good, the chicken was also stale.

Ordered a wicked zinger box meal. Didnt receive my 4 zinger wings which i initially ordered. Instead i got a piece of chicken that looked like it was dragged through the streets. The mash and gravy looked like cement, tasted horrible. The burger was flavourless, even water had more flavor than that burger.

Please do better!

My friend was telling me about how she no longer orders here but I was really craving something so I decided to gamble. The order came out perfectly and it was delivered to the office on time. Super happy about the overall experience

The service is a disgrace and the food quality extremely poor. On the bright side, the dog enjoyed it though, I could not risk eating it.

I passed through and ordered for dunked wings of 10, I got home only to open my order and see full meat portions like the chicken breast in dunked sauce … I didn’t order for that I ordered for wings

This KFC branch is fairly consistent as they are always. They actually got me eating KFC after over 10 years. The food is fresh u0026 not oily - as per the usual KFC reputation. I suggest that you walk in if you are in a hurry as the drive through takes longer. Remember to enter the competitions on the till slip.
