Always enjoy Nandos and their food options, quality and the likes.
On the last occasion I was there, however, I ordered my food from the drive-through window and waited perhaps 30-35 minutes until I reached the window to collect my order, only for them to tell me they had run out of the ordered item and gave me an option of replacement, which I didn't want. After placing a new order, I was sort of left there at the window not knowing if I should go park and wait but ended up waiting another 10 minutes with a long queue behind also waiting. Not sure if the specific product ran out while I waited or if they shouldn't have let me place my order, but in the 30 minutes of waiting someone could've been sent to update the order to keep the queue moving and ended up delaying everyone.
