It was my first experience with Sorbet and I am extremely happy with their services. Charlotte specifically did my nails and I am absolutely in love with them. The staff are friendly and ready to serve with a smile. They make sure to make you comfortable and leave you feeling beautiful. The staff really care about your experience and go above and beyond to make sure it’s a good one. I would 10/10 recommend becoming part of the Sorbet family!

Charmaine is a real professional. I explained to her exactly what I want done on my nails and she did an excellent work.

The service is always BAD at Sorbet honestly I wish there was a zero star for this franchise! Last time I went to do my nails the lady treated my fingers so badly there were bleeding when I walked out after two fingers were filed!!! On top of it all I was given gift vouchers and they refused to credit me after the dreadful service! My husband went to the branch at Mall of Africa again the service was shocking the people are so rude and they didn’t even bother to ask him why he was standing at reception - SORRY guys you need a lot of work to keep your franchises open…

Was not even serviced at all. Wasted a whole 40 minutes just waiting. Not even an apology to say that beautician is taking long and they will still attend to me. No communication, no nothing. So disappointed. Actually, it's the worst ever Sorbet one can ever think of. Making a serious u-turn to Sorbet Centurion where you get top notch Service. Carlswald is not for the less privileged as buying face is the stanza.
