Tasty roosterkoek, ice cold beer, and your toes in the sand makes this quite a fun restaurant experience.

Ordering everything at the bar on the allocated table number works much more smoothly than I had anticipated. Placing the number in a convenient spot where the runners can see it is advisable if you want to receive your food speedily.

The toilets are at the boat club quite some way from the actual restaurant. So a word of advice would be not to wait until the last moment if you have got to go.

I wish I could've stayed longer to dine here more and try more food !! Hearty food made on fire and the roosterkoek is some of the best I have ever had!! Thank you for great service and a great vibe

Brilliant place and awesome food! Loved the concept but in good weather it'll be amazing. The bartender was very helpful and the portions were good. Roosterbrood here is definitely something to have and although its a bit flat it was still amazing. We had the hake, which is the parcel wrapped and the boerewors with a smoortjie. Delicious!

The place is wonderful, laid back and really great, if you just want to relax.
It's on the port, and you have an opportunity to spot Dolph, if you are fortunate.
The food took a bit long, but they do forewarn you. It was surely was worth the wait.
I absolutely enjoyed the experience, and would visit again.

Very nice experience. Great to eat a roosterkoek with your toes in sea sand... Amazing views of the old part of town and the ocean! Certainly worth a visit...

THIS is a must for anyone visiting Mosselbay area , set at the harbour enjoy a relaxing drink , feel the soft cool sand under your feet as have a signature ROOSTER BROOD for breakfast , lunch or supper.

First I thought it's a braai place, but was pleasantly surprised by the menu. Roosterkoek all different ways and very tasty. Stunning views, good food and great vibe. The prices are fair and you get value for money. Like they say, if you in a hurry for your food, then go to MCDONALD'S.
