Good service, cold beer, and the food was really good.

It was great to see that the restaurant was so busy. Glad that things are returning to normal.

Slow service from waiters and management. Manager not looking after customers and following up on the waiters and staff - just standing at the desk. Extremely thin burger patties, not like I'm use to at spur and very stingy with their sauce on burgers and snitzels. Also the chips was a bit raw, not cooked all the way through. A pity because I was really looking forward to the new Spur and a good thick Spur Sauce Burger with golden chips and onion rings. Sorry to say I was disappointed.

The staff was friendly, very professional and the wait for our order wasn't out of the ordinary . I love the view ???? definitely gonna be a regular there.

We had a great time at the new Minnesota spur steak ranch. Waiters were friendly and the food was great. We watched the Springboks beat Argentina while enjoying their fine food. Views are magnificent. You can see the surfers in the distance.

I am giving this company 2 stars for the following reasons.
1) At the entrance of this company they have 2 bench seats on the stoep but it seems like something was spilt and was not cleaned up you can that this mess has been there for sometime as it is covered with sand. (See photo's attached) (Even if it was spilt last night surely before they closed or opened this morning this mess should have been cleaned up)
2) The mangeress (young lady) no name plate on that was on duty at the reception desk when we walking in seemed to be to tired to spray sanitizer onto our hands I did not fell any sanitizer on my hands. We were taken to the table by this mangeress and I asked if she could arrange for the table and menus to be sanitized and again the impression I got from her body language that this request was a lot of trouble. She went back to reception and got the bottle of sanitizer and just sprayed the table and menus and dumped the bottle on the table across from us not wiping the excess sanitizer off the table or menus with a cloth and walked back to reception and stood there. We had to ask a waiter Megan to please wipe the excess sanitizer of the table and menus. Megan served us and her excellent service really lifted my spirit a little that Minnesota Spur in Mossel Bay might be around for while longer. Yes I realize the mangeress might have been tired or maybe having personal problems but really to come to work with a attitude like she had is not fair towards her staff and her paying customers. What I also noticed is that not one of the managers were wearing a name plate but the waiters were wearing theirs

Awesome place to go grab a lunch with friends or family, delicious breakfasts to start your day, and an over all great place to have something to eat..the staff are welcoming and the food is amazing
