Mediclinic Klein Karoo Hospital

I was travelling through this town and suddenly had a tooth issue. On Sunday the doc at this hospital helped checking and providing a prescription. Very helpful. The clinic is clean, neat and set in a beautiful place.

My Mom has been a patient at Klein Karoo Mediclinic on two occasions and I was impressed with the service both times. The hospital itself is modern, clean, accessable and I love the gardens. Personnel are professional, friendly, highly trained and awesome! Congratulations and keep up the good work!!

Doctor was not at the hospital but on standby and took a half hour to arrive even though it was a cardiac emergency. Other medical staff did nothing to prep the patient for him--no history, no observations, no EKG, nothing. Things worked out but only did so due to pure luck, not because of the work of the hospital staff. The whole experience was quite unprofessional. At least the hospital was clean, and the doctor did seem knowledgeable, which are the only reasons I didn't give this establishment one star.

Terrible experience!
Shocking service, long waits, over priced!

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this Hospital on Saturday night (20th April). I was made to wait ridiculous lengths of time, a lady that arrived after me was assisted before me, with exactly the same injury. I was left to hop around the hospital with an unstrapped and injured ankle. My doctor left half way through my visit and neither of the 2 doctors I had introduced themselves or actually inspected my injury.
My meds were not explained and therefore I was over medicated for 3 days.

The over all experience was unprofessional and in future emergency's I would rather drive double the distance to Worcester or Cape Town.

This is a well maintained medical centre. There is ample parking which makes visiting easier. Clean and well laid out.

Very beautiful and modern hospital with friendly and caring hospital staff, needs more upgrades to be the best in the region
