Do not have the first clue about customer service.
Asked for a skinny cappuchino.....they said that they do not have low fat milk.
They are located right next door to a SPAR!
I walked next door, bought a box of low fat milk and gave it to them to make my order.
.....they still did not catch the hint????
They proceeded to charge me full price for the coffee????????
For R32 they just lost my business forever...... And my offices are accross the road.

Biggest joke of all is that the owner was actually in the store!
Cannot even blame incompetent staff????

Little cozy coffee shop with friendly staff and stylish interiors. Great specials, I ordered a breakfast pancake and it was huge for the price! Money well spent! Ordered a large cappuccino expecting it to need an extra shot but it was perfect. Would go again.

Every time I've gone through Paarl, a stop at Coffee Cab u0026 Co is a must! Lovely and friendly service with great coffee.

Lovely little coffee shop, great atmosphere, Very clean, and friendly welcoming staff. A bit pricey but enjoyed the visit. Definitely recommend it for a quick coffee/cake stop to start your day on a sweet note.

Friendly staff and fast service with a smile. And excellent range of coffees and food that is fresh and was extremely enjoyable. A must visit when you are in Paarl.
