Really loving my BODYTEC training in Paarl. My trainer, Ruan, offers a variety of new amazing exercises each session. I have trained at different branches in CT and I am by far experiencing the best workouts here in Paarl. I would highly recommend.

Bodytec is great for people who don't have alot of time to train. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the ems training. They tailor your training routine to your needs. Bodytec Paarl is the best!!!

Really love my BODYTEC workout sessions. i really see a lot of benefits especially when it comes to my conventional training. (tremendous improvement in strength , endurance and muscle definition). As a personal trainer and pilates instructor i will definitely recommend this to other personal trainers and fitness fanatics to try out. You wont regret it...

Friendly service, great experience. Used to Bodytec for a couple of months until life got the better of me. Very happy to be able to do it again and very happy with the location of this studio, close to some nice "after workout" locations where you can enjoy the day with your family.
