Went there today to find accommodation for my friends, who are coming for my birthday party on sat. All I can say is I was there for over 20min but was not assisted instead the guy decided to answer a call while I was waiting for him to show me the rooms. After that two ladies came in and he told me to wait he is going to attend to them. Very displeased with the service I got there.

Great staff service, but the bar requires more alcohol variety in the resturant as I have written on the customer book

It has decent service, a small swimming pool , however their menu is limited.

The service was not good , dinner was not served in time rooms are too small

There are children (under 10) working
Cocaroaches all over
Tv not working
Toilets broken
Blood in the showers

Dirty. Bad service. Waited for hours for a room as it was occupied for a function. New room lock faulty. Water pipe leaks all over.
