The service was very poor....the cashier kept laughing with the back staff even tho she had customers infront of her ..didn't bother to greet...my burger that I had ordered hardly had sauce no tomatoe aswell,the coke was as flat and my nuggets were not zinger like they advertised....my personal experience wasn't good there and I won't intend on going back...the staff need to understand that we pay for our food we are not getting them for free to be unsatisfied like the way I am,kfc has always been my go too but unfortunately not anymore

After moving a friend in terrible heat, we were hot and sweaty and needed a brunch. We chose the drive through option at KFC Northway. Now as this shop is right in front of the Nandos, where we had a long wait the last time, I was apprehensive and expected a long wait. We placed a fairly large order of two combo meals. From placing the order to receiving the food was around 20 minutes as they had to obviously cook more food. The food arrived piping hot, so much so that my poor friend was complaining that the food was burning hot. We then went to another place as 1 family member wanted something else. Whilst waiting at other restaurant, we started tucking into the food. It was still hot and delicious. I will certainly be back there.

Great Service you hardly wait for your order. There's a drive way too even on it their service is very adequate u0026 proficient.

Their drive through make your purchase quick and easy especially when you are on your way from Johannesburg to Swayiamn, Greytown and Tongaat.

1st - bad experience I order dunker burgers n it was not dunked.i called n complain the manager said to bring it back but my son was late for work,when I went the next day n she was off . But never write it down I the book. N the manager on duty said come back. 2nd bad experience I order chicken n mash n the lid was not seal n messed the entire meal.it fell in yhe bag n soaked into my seat . Called n complained manager said sorry that's it . I only like the one in santrery park. They so friendly

We needed a Late evening treat and KFC was the best choice. Although they were busy, my order was made timeously and the food was great.
