Waiting times for anything are ridiculous. The health care workers we dealt with were accommodating and did their best, but the entire system has been destroyed by the people at the top.
The entire hospital is just very shabby and old, but mostly clean.
Only one working x-ray machine, so expect a long wait for radiography. Overall, a demoralising experience.

Our baby girl 1year 3mnts struggling to breathe and no one cares, telling us to go wait. Arrived here 17:30 and we stilll waiting and its now 22:05. This hospital needs better people and to get organized.
This place us usless ull come here and die.

Staff are rude and the rest don't know what they're doing when trying to call to locate a patient. Poor service delivery which is so unfortunate.

What a rubbish hospital.. no sense of urgency.. Doctors walking around the traumer unit like they are at the mall.. security giving more help than the health workers..

My friend was admitted this week. She had a good overall experience. Medical team were great, their care is much appreciated.

Wait for help ia ridiculous we arrived here to get help for our 1year old we still waiting and we arrived here at 17:30 still not been helped and its now 23:22. This hospital is ussless and staff is rude!

Had my son their last week what a horrific experience, was denied pain medication, nurses were extremely rude. Was left in a room unattended after calling for help numerous times I was told "this is not a pvt hospital that they can just run and attend to me because I am not their only patient" this was after I was already 10 cm dilated and could already feel my baby coming out. Absolutely horrific, nurses have no compassion or value for human life.
