Poor service, extremely dirty ,staff have no sense of urgency and very little customer skills. Visited this place after 4 years..it used to be very nice

Ordered via Mr D Food, delivery was exceptional. The food on the other hand was abysmal: We’ve ordered the veg or “plant based” burger options before, and the burger completely fell apart on both occasions. So 1 out of 4 patties actually held together. The taste was decent, BUT.. the patty is chopped up to fit in the bun (why??), then there’s the sauce that turns the bun and everything into a mushy mess! So R200 for “burgers” that you end up scraping up like mince?! I think the options needs to be reviewed or staff need to be trained how to improve presentation/assembly.

The person taking orders was also collecting payments, this made for a long wait. Food was good.

Ay not certisfied, drive through is stay thete switch off engine. Worse part my order was given to someone else. I think checking the slip should be important.

I had good service experience from the staff.
The rest room was clean.

Great experience, never liked this branch always left it it as the last option but recently visited n staff was great help changed my perspective completely ????

The service is pathetic at this branch compared to 4 years ago. They charge R17 for a garlic roll that has no garlic butter on it. It's a pity my phone was dead or I would have taken out pictures. The chicken is tasteless! They didn't even give us a spoon to dish out the chicken livers. They charged R54 for a starter portion of chicken livers!!! Worst franchise of nandos ever. The manager doesn't even check on his customers.
