Service is always friendly. I've found myself without electricity a lot lately, and spur is very accommodating. Allowing me ro spend all day at their restaurant working while my child plays. They have perfected being attentive when you need them and leaving you to be when in virtual meetings. The food is always delicious ????

We had very delicious Pitza u0026 Chicken Schnitzel with creamy mushroom sauce and chips. The Service was excellent and waiters were very friendly. Good place for having lunch on a Sunday.

Lovely service and lovely kids play area. However the indoor play area bottom section has dark netting so one can not clearly see inside and two little boys were throwing stuff at my daughter and pushed her over, thankfully i saw them as id gone in to call her. I was not impressed that the lady watching the kids could not see what was going on under there.

So I'd recommend removing this netting so the ladies watching the kids can see what's going on. If it weren't for that I'd give 5 stars.

I had a delicious steak - but pity that I had a long waiting period u0026 poor customer service.

I visited for lunch with my partner. We were delighted by the service in the past u0026 assumed it would be a regular dining experience.

The service was below average u0026 both meals were incorrectly prepared.

We arrived at around 2:00pm u0026 were instantly granted a table. The restaurant was less than half full yet we waited for 20 minutes before a waiter arrived with menu's.

My partner ordered Nacho's u0026 told the waiter to exclude guacamole u0026 tomatoes, I had ordered a steak meal u0026 requested the steak to be medium rare.

About 40 minutes later our food finally arrived but sadly upon inspection the Nachos had guacamole u0026 tomatoes in it. My steak was well done u0026 not medium rare as requested. The waiter was flagged down after much effort u0026 the situation was explained, I was left speechless when the waiter told me that my steak was medium rare. The steak had absolutely no visible red or pinkness to indicate this but rather a dark charred color.

We waited another 40 minutes for the correct order to arrive. After completing our meal we had requested the bill u0026 it was provided. The sad news was that the waiter never returned to collect the bill or accept payment from us. We proceeded to the main door u0026 paid for our meal.

Overall the food experience was underwhelming but when the correct order arrived it was delicious.

I would not like to visit again u0026 would recommend that service levels need to be increased. I would strongly suggest that attention to detail is looked at in a broader aspect.

We were sat and squashed in a small table. Our waiter Zime seemed to be less interested. Had to request for the table to be cleared every time considering it was very small. All requests took looong. Service wasn't very friendly. I would go out of my way to get there

Really amazing atmosphere. Food was good. My food was prepared really quickly. The staff were really nice and the prices are competitive.

Best Spur in PMB! Excellent chef understands the assignment and executes every time!!! Love having Wiseman attend to us, he is the best and most attentive!
