The hotel is decent in (almost) all aspects - typical Southern Sun theme. The rooms had 2 double beds, which took up most of the space, but it's good to sleep a (young) family of 4; however, it can feel cramped when in the room for long hours. The bathroom is small and the toilet was cramped in a corner. The shower door had a gap which caused water to "leak" while showering. The sound insulation is weak, so any noise in the corridor or outside on the road is very audible, which will disturb your sleep. A "Do not disturb" sign was placed at the door in the morning after leaving the room but cleaners still entered the room and cleaned it; this defeats the purpose of the sign.
Entertainment for the guests is provided in the form of a casino for adults and tenpin bowling plus arcade games for kids. There are a few restaurants to choose from as well. Breakfast can be included in the room rate (which is above average), but variety is average. Security controls are intact and COVID protocols are followed. Overall, it's a good hotel to experience some time.
