Good morning
I love Capitec, effortless banking and all. Until I moved to Potchefstroom. Staff is wonderful no problem there but why do I have to, as a pensioner, stand in a que for hours to deposit cash in my account? When I go inside the bank to deposit I have to pay the fee. Why is there only 2 atm's in the Riverside mall? Only 1 in West Acres shopping centre? Machines are outdated. I am not having a pleasant banking experience anymore.
I am bringing this under your attention because if you are not aware of the problem, which I am sure you are, you cannot do something about it.
Please upgrade and uodate Capitec Potchefstroom.

Thank you for the gr8 service what i get this morning...the lady who help me today too open bank account today but i ride her on paper too say thank you...she wash so friendly and kind too help me... if i can wil give you nother ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️???????????????????? i can not rember her name but she wash so friendly...thank you again for gr8 service

Moved to Capitec from ABSA because of inefficiencies at branches. It was a breath of fresh air to get a ticket, sit in a neat environment and have your ticket called quickly. The consultants were well trained and could sort you out in no time.

That was the past. Now both in JHB and this particular branch the experience was atrocious. Stood in line outside for ~30m while consultants are walking around inside and chatting and there's empty desks everywhere. This was at 10am in the morning, hardly lunchtime slowdown.

Used to rave about Capitec to friends and colleagues, now FNB is looking the next home for my accounts. Sad.

And absolute wonder to go there. Everything just works. Where I for hours in queues at other banks, here the ticketing systems makes me wait 5 to 10mins on average

Poor slow service, guess one must take a day off to use this bank.
